The transit time from Australia to USA varies depending upon the port of discharge and coast. Typically 26-days for West Coast and 30+ days for East Coast Philadelphia.

A major benefit to this ship time and shelf life is that product has time to age. This means that upon arrival into the US the product is pre-aged and ready for portion cutting or further processing.

Generally, upon arrival, product has 40-60-days age.
