Product Aging, Shelf Life & Shipping

Chilled beef cuts are vacuum packaged using the latest Cryovac technology. Superior packing combined with ultra clean beef enables us to achieve 120-days + product shelf life, under optimum refrigeration conditions - 32-34°F.

After cuts are vacuum sealed they are packed into sturdy polythene lined boxes and palletized prior to container loading. Cases are packed into refrigerated containers set to an optimum temperature of 0° C. We can modify container temperature depending upon customers specific requirements.

Typically 670 cases are packed into a 20' container and 1100 cases into a 40' container. Each container is sealed by the on-plant inspector. If a seal is broken during transport or at any point prior to USDA inspection, the entire load is refused entry into the USA.
