Nature's Fresh Natural Beef is one of our fastest growing brands. This USDA Approved program evolved directly in response to consumer demand for a healthier, naturally produced product that has no added growth hormones or antibiotics.
Nature's fresh satisfies this demand because it is truly a natural product. It is produced by smaller family ranchers in the pristine valleys of New South Wales and Victoria, using Hereford & Angus bloodlines resulting in magnificent cuts of beef.
Nature's Fresh cattle are 100% range fed (free range). This means the cattle are never confined to a feedlot for feeding in their entire lives. They roam freely grazing on rich natural and native pastures that include clovers and rye. This is quite typical of Australia's cattle production systems.
Nature's Fresh quality is enhanced by using only young cattle. This ensures consistency of quality including taste, tenderness, juiciness and a bright cherry-colored muscle with fine texture.
Nature's fresh is produced under strict conditions to ensure integrity of the program and that product is free of Hormonal Growth Promotants and antibiotics. The program is audited by our on-plant QA, AQIS and USDA / FSIS.
Antibiotic residues are becoming an ever-growing concern for consumers. As such, every animal destined to carry the Nature's Fresh brand is tested at the processing plant. This is an added measure to give 100% confidence to our customers and ensure the programs integrity.
