Our Grass or "Range Fed" beef is one of our strongest programs for foodservice and retail. It's success is a result of careful cattle selection coupled with the right grazing conditions. Young Angus and Hereford cross cattle are hand selected from the best grazing regions of South Eastern Australia by our own expert cattle buyers.
Young grass fed steer beef is an incredibly diverse product ideal for numerous applications. It's rapidly becoming the product of choice for further processors who recognize it's potential in marinated steak programs, deli meat programs and pre-cooked heat and serve entrees.
