Our core USA cuts are fabricated, trimmed to USDA's Institutional Meat Processing  (IMPS / NAMP) specifications, in concert with our own and individual customers tight trim variations / requirements.

Regular yield comparisons against equivalent domestic cuts (conducted by our customers) consistently show our products to be more advantageous based on yield alone.
